Because each book is custom-made and highly personalised, returns and refunds are generally not available once production has begun. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to help before printing starts. If your book arrives damaged or there's a production error on our side, we'll make it right.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you notice a mistake right after ordering, please reach out to us immediately. We can usually update your address before the package ships. If it has already left our facility, you may need to contact the courier directly.
